Written Walkthrough
1. Navigate to https://coaching.soundingboardinc.com and log in as a Coach.
As a coach, you have access to review surveys you have access to which have been completed by your coachees or their managers throughout their engagement. These surveys serve several important purposes:
- Provide valuable insights into your coachees' progress and development.
- Highlight areas where your coaching has been most impactful.
- Identify potential challenges or areas requiring additional focus.
- Offer a platform for coachees to share feedback and observations about the coaching process.
The frequency of these surveys may vary depending on the specific program and engagement. You will be notified when new survey responses are available for your review. This information is crucial for:
- Tailoring your coaching approach to meet individual coachee needs.
- Tracking the overall effectiveness of your coaching strategies.
- Facilitating meaningful discussions with your coachees about their progress.
- Demonstrating the value of your coaching to relevant stakeholders.
Regularly reviewing these surveys will enable you to continuously refine your coaching methods and maximize the impact of your engagements.
My Coachees
2. Navigate to "My Coachees" on the navigation pane.
3. My Coachees
On this page, you will see all of your coachees; by default, it displays active engagements. Find the coachee whose surveys you would like to review, and under the Coachee Surveys tab -
- Click "Show Surveys"

4. Coachee Surveys
In the modal, you will see all the surveys sent to the coachee thus far, showing the below details -
- Survey Name
- Reminders: If applicable, will note when the coachee has been reminded to complete the survey
- Status
Looking at the Status column, you can easily see completed surveys. Find the survey you would like to review -
- Click the action menu (⋮ icon)
- Click "View Survey"
5. Review Survey
The survey with its responses will pop up for your review; take time reviewing the survey, which may have multiple pages depending on the set-up. When you are complete -
- Click "CLOSE"
6. Coachee Surveys
When you are done reviewing the surveys for the specific coachee -
- Click "Done"

You can also access coachee surveys via their profile; this can be done wherever there is a hyperlink on the coachee's name, which includes from the My Coachee page, Sessions, My Contacts, etc.
- Click The Coachee's Name

Navigate to the coachee's survey tab on their profile -
- Click "Surveys"
9. Coachee Surveys Tab
You will see all the surveys sent to the coachee thus far, showing the below details -
- Survey Name
- Subject: name of user who the survey is asking about
- Recipient: name of user who completed the survey
- Program/Engagement
- Survey Creation Date
- Date Submitted
Locate the survey you would like to review -
- Click "View"
Note: If you see N/A in the Date Submitted column, the user has not yet completed the survey. While you can still view the survey, it will be incomplete until the user submits it.
10. Review Survey
The survey with its responses will pop up for your review; take time reviewing the survey, which may have multiple pages depending on the set-up. When you are complete -
- Click "CLOSE"
