Certain roles within the Sounding Board App will have access to in-app reporting. This article will help you understand how to navigate best and manipulate the data you are seeing.
💡Tip: Tab Visibility
Report tabs reflect your active features. You'll only see tabs for services you're subscribed to and currently using. For instance, if you're a Coaching-only customer, you won't see the Mentoring options. Similarly, the Group Coaching tab will appear only after you've created a Group Coaching Program and Engagement. Your view automatically adjusts based on your subscription and active features.
Filtering
In the upper right-hand corner of the In-App Reporting tabs, you will see a filter option available.
When you click on this option, further filtering options will expand.
Next to where the original filter button was, you will see an option to change the date range for the entire tab you are viewing. The default setting will be based on the individual card settings; changing this filter will override those individual settings.
Depending on the In-App Reporting you are looking at, other filters will also appear on the top right-hand side of the tab. For example, below, this user has access to multiple Programs and could filter down to view data for only one, or select multiples.
Drilling into Cards
For further details on the data you can see visually, you can drill down to gather more information by clicking on the part of the graph you’d like to expand.
Once you drill into some data, you will see a back caret that signifies you’ve drilled down a layer. Tap on the caret to get back to the main view.
Exporting Data
Certain In-App Reporting tabs also can be exported in various forms, as seen below.
