Leadership Roadmap [BASE]
Available to users regardless of the type of coaching or mentoring program they are a part of.
Users can track their leadership development goals, document their progress, growth, and development while working towards those goals, and demonstrate the actual impact the user has within the company. Additionally, the feature allows for coach, mentor, and manager collaboration. This ensures tracking towards goals that will most benefit the user's leadership development experience.
Aggregate standard reporting is also available to roll up data from the Leadership Roadmap providing high-level insights into the areas of leadership development that employees are engaged in.
- Goal creation by coachee or mentee [BASE]
- Coachees and mentees can create a goal(s). Users will be asked to:
1) Provide information about the goal.
2) Select the Leadership Capabilities that will be expanded while working towards the goal.
3) Select the business outcomes and the potential impact that will be achieved from the goal.
4) Select the personal impact that the goal will have on the individual.
- Coachees and mentees can create a goal(s). Users will be asked to:
- Tracking of Actions/Insights/Results by coachee, mentee, coach, or mentor [BASE]
- Coachees and mentees can document the Insights, Actions, and/or Results they’ve taken toward a goal to track their learning and progress toward a goal. Coaches or mentors can document actions/insights/results on behalf of their coachee or mentee.
- Suggested goals by coach, mentor, or manager [BASE]
- Option for coach, mentor, and manager to suggest a goal for the coachee or mentee. When a user has a suggested goal, the user will receive a notification and can choose to "accept" the suggestion to turn it into a goal.
- Comments on goals by coach, coachee, mentor, mentee, and manager [BASE]
- Users can comment on goals to share progress, observations, or words of encouragement. Coach, coachee, mentor, or mentee can comment on any goal the coachee or mentee has created. Managers can comment on a goal their coachee or mentee has invited them to collaborate on.
- Pausing goals by coachee, mentee, coach, or mentor [BASE]
- Coachee can choose to pause a goal or put it on hold if the goal is not a current priority for them, which will hide the goal from their view.
- Marking goals as accomplished by coachee or mentee [BASE]
- Coachee and mentee can mark a goal as accomplished when they feel they've achieved their goal or feel satisfied with their progress toward it. When completing a goal, users will be asked to reflect on how much business and personal impact they have created/achieved through goal accomplishment.
