On-Demand Coaching provides quick access to coaching support when you need it most. Unlike traditional coaching relationships, On-Demand Coaching lets you schedule individual sessions as needed, working with available coaches rather than building an ongoing relationship with a single coach. This article explains how to access, schedule, and make the most of your On-Demand Coaching sessions.
Accessing On-Demand Coaching
When your administrator adds you to an On-Demand Coaching program, you'll see a new "On-Demand Coaching" tab appear on your coaching dashboard. This tab is your gateway to scheduling coaching sessions that fit your schedule and immediate needs.
Scheduling Your Session
To schedule a session, simply navigate to the On-Demand Coaching tab on your dashboard and click "Schedule Session." You'll have the opportunity to add a message explaining your goals or challenges, which helps your coach prepare for your conversation. The system will share the first three available coaches to ensure you receive support as quickly as possible.

Important Information
The platform is designed to make coaching accessible while ensuring quality support. Coaches receive a 12-hour window to prepare for each session, allowing them to review your information and plan for a productive conversation. While you may work with different coaches across your On-Demand Coaching journey, each is prepared to support your leadership development.
Making the Most of Your Sessions
For the best experience, we recommend syncing your calendar with the platform to see real-time availability. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, you can follow the same procedures used for regular coaching sessions.
