Notifications 

• Coach is now notified when a comment added to coachee’s goal
• Recipient: Coach; when coachee or manager adds comment to goal
• Coachee has a suggested goal
• Recipient: Coachee; when coach or manager suggests a goal for coachee
• Recipient: Coach; when a manager suggests a new goal for coachee
• Coachee accepts a suggested goal
• Recipient: Manager; when coachee accepts a goal that the manager suggested

Admin - Survey Administration

• New trigger type available: “Program Launch”
  • Survey’s using this trigger will be sent to recipients when program is launched, or when they are added to an already launched program. 

Admin - Templates

• Templates feature is now available. 
• Administrators can create 1:1 program and group coaching engagement templates in the Template Library. 
• These templates can be used to create new programs and engagements that will inherit all properties of the source template.

Admin - Completing Engagements

• Future sessions will now be cancelled when engagement is marked as complete.
• Coach and coachee will be notified by email (standard notification)
• This will not affect past sessions that haven’t been logged yet
• Applies to 1:1 coaching engagements only
