1. Navigate to https://coaching.soundingboardinc.com and log in.
The Workspace Switcher is a feature that simplifies the experience for users who work with multiple Sounding Board workspaces. It enables users to access different workspaces using a single login, eliminating the need to repeatedly log in and out. This streamlines the process of moving between workspaces and enhances the overall onboarding experience.
🚨 Alert: To enable the Workspace Switcher for users, Admins will need to create a new user in the secondary Sounding Board workspace with the same email address the user currently utilizes in their existing account. Once that is done, the user will follow the below flow and functionality.
2. Set Up Your New Workspace
Once Admins have enabled the Workspace Switcher for users, they will receive an email informing them and directing them to set up their Workspace Switcher and new account.
- Click the 🔽 down option in the upper left corner
- Click the New Workspace
Note: A red notification 🔴 will be on the Workspace Switcher whenever action is needed, or a message is present on another workspace.
🚨 Alert: The first time a user is added to a secondary workspace, the user will receive a visual to help guide them through the process.
3. Set Up Your New Workspace
You will be prompted to set up your workspace -
- Click "Set Up Workspace"
- Click "Let's Begin"
4. Onboarding to Your New Workspace
You can use the existing information from your primary workspace to streamline the onboarding process in a secondary workspace.
- Click "Use My Existing Information"
Note: You can also manually fill in the information, though we recommend copying the information over.
5. Review and Confirm Account Information
At this time, the information from your primary workspace will be copied over to your new workspace.

Review and make any necessary adjustments
- Note: Any updates made here will affect the new secondary workspace only and will not update your primary workspace.
- Progress through all the onboarding pages; for more details, see Onboarding to the Sounding Board Platform.
Note: Workspaces may differ, so there may be additional information for you to fill out and/or confirm in the new workspace.
6. Welcome to Your New Workspace
Once you have completed onboarding, you will be able to access your new workspace -
- Click "Get Started"
7. Switching Workspaces
In the workspace menu, you will see the name of the workspace where you are currently working; there will also be a ✅ next to the name in when expanding the menu. A red 🔴 notification badge will show on the workspace(s) that require action or review.
- Click the 🔽 down option in the upper left corner
- Click the Workspace you wish to navigate to
