What's new in this release:
Admin - Deactivate a User
- Admins can now deactivate a user from the People table
- Deactivated users are prevented from logging into their accounts
- Deactivated users cannot reset their password
- Deactivated accounts are marked with the “deactivated” status on the People table and can be shown by using the new Status filter
- Accounts can be reactivated by an admin, and the user will receive an email notification letting them know they can now log in or reset their password
- Email notifications are disabled for deactivated users
Surveys
Added more information to surveys table
- Subject: name of user who the survey is asking about
- Recipient: name of user who completed the survey
- Program/Engagement: 1:1 program or group engagement name
Coachee Dashboard
Improved Programs Card
- Display engagement date, length and days remaining (vs. program dates)
- Made Resources view option more apparent (click View link)
Notifications
Coach & Coachee checkpoint emails:
- Re-enabled new notifications for checkpoint surveys, and updated their content.
Branding
Added new SB logos throughout the application.
Coachee - 24 Hour Cancellation
- Added options back to choose “I can’t attend the session” or “Coach did not attend” when a coachee cancels within 24 hours of their session
- When the coachee selects the option, “Coach did not attend”, they will now be presented with a new confirmation modal letting the coachee know that they will not lose a session in their engagement i.e. the cancellation will not count against them
- The coach will not be compensated for the session
- When the coachee selects the option, “Coach did not attend”, a notification is sent to the coach that the cancellation will not be added to invoice and the coachee will not lose a session in their engagement
- When the coachee selects the option, “Coach did not attend”, a notification is sent to the Sounding Board Engagement Management Team to let them know
Chat
- When deleting a chat message, the user will now be prompted to confirm deletion before the message is removed
- The file types allowed in a chat attachment have been expanded: .bmp, .csv, .doc, .docx, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf, .png, .ppt, .pptx, .xls, .xlsx, .zip
Coaching Schedule
- When viewing the session list from the schedule view, you can now see all components of a session that you can see from the coachee profile

Session View Updates
- For group coaching sessions, we removed a button titled “Session Completed” because the button was disabled and provided no value
- Session buttons are now aligned vertically
- When a session was already cancelled, we removed a button titled “Cancelled” because the button was disabled and provided no value
- When a coachee isn’t able to reschedule a session (within 24 hours), a tooltip now explains why they can’t reschedule
Templates
- When Group Coaching is disabled, the group tab for templates is now hidden
Group Coaching Updates
- Users can now view the tracking status of coachee engagements within a group program
- Tracking status of Off Track (red), At Risk (yellow), On Track (green), and N/A (black) is now visible per coachee in engagement
Bug Fixes
- Surveys sent on program launch not displaying coachee name
- Group chat - users unable to send messages in Active status engagement if start date was in future.
- User who is Coachee and Stakeholder: multiple engagements displaying for coach in scheduling dropdown.
- Fixed bug that caused issues when changing user’s role to Stakeholder or Sponsor
- Removed “Engagement ended” option when coach cancels session
