Coachee Late Cancellations card:

Note: This card is only visible to customers who have enabled the late cancellations tracking feature. 

This card now includes and counts cancellations done by the coach with the selected reason:

• Coachee request w/in 24 hours

• Coachee did not attend

Card Drill Down Changes

Card description text (in the drill down dialog) now reads:

• Percentage of sessions that were cancelled by coachee or coach (due to coachee request or absence) less than 24 hours before scheduled start time.

New columns:

1. Cancelled By

   1. Lists who cancelled - Coachee or Coach

2. Reason

   1. Lists the selected reason.

      1. Only list the hard coded reasons use selects.

         1. Does not list the “please explain here” field text that coachee may have entered, as this may be confidential between coachee and coach, and sponsors should not see)

Percentage of uses who completed all sessions

Removed this card from dashboards. This was an early MVP card idea and after some further cross functional teams review and feedback, we found that this isn’t a valuable insights and could be misunderstood as it was currently calculated.

Coach Invoicing

Note: This optional feature is only available to customers who have enabled it. 

Invoice format was updated, and invoice now attached to email as excel format and PDF.
