Scheduling [BASE] [BASE*]
Sounding Board’s scheduling software enables coaches and coachees to seamlessly schedule sessions at times that are convenient and available for both users. While also allowing for flexibility and proactive management of sessions and engagements.
With Sounding Board’s Cronofy calendar integration, it helps reduce the manual and time-consuming effort of coordinating between each user’s availability when trying to schedule by ensuring that sessions are scheduled according to each user’s availability, which saves time and allows for sessions to be scheduled efficiently.

Calendar syncing [BASE]
- Allows users to sync their calendar in the platform to be able to schedule sessions around their availability; and have sessions automatically added to their calendars once scheduled.
* Admin can choose whether or not calendar syncing is mandatory for their tenant users.

Group scheduling [BASE]
- Admins or the primary coach can manage the scheduling for group engagements. Admins can schedule, reschedule, or cancel sessions both before and after the group engagement is launched. Primary coach can schedule, reschedule, or cancel after the group engagement is launched. Once scheduled, coachees added to the group engagement will receive invite notifications for the session(s).

- Allows users to set up sessions that recur at a specified time weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

- Allows coaches, or admins, to schedule sessions that occurred in the past so that they can be added to the Sounding Board platform for tracking purposes.

Ignore availability [BASE*]
- Users who have their calendar synced can have the option to ignore their availability when scheduling so that a session can be scheduled without restrictions. This allows users to make an exception in their schedule in the case that they want to accommodate a session during a time have blocked off in their calendar.

Calendar buffers for coaches and mentors [BASE]
- Coaches and mentors can add prep time before and/or after sessions so that they can have buffers between sessions. Buffers are offered in 5-min intervals for up to 60 min.

Away Mode for coaches and mentors [BASE]
- When coaches or mentors are unavailable to take on new clients or are on vacation, they can set themselves as away, which will prevent them from being assigned new engagements.

Coach and coachees can stay within the platform to manage sessions and keep track of all completed or upcoming sessions, while also staying organized around what they discussed or wish to discuss during a session.

- Coach and mentor can log a session after it takes place as a way to confirm that a session has taken place. And to keep track of how many sessions have been completed and how many are remaining.

- Users can add a description to an upcoming or previous session to highlight topics they would like to discuss or have discussed during that session.
