On-Demand Coaching provides coachees with quick access to coaching support when they need it most. Unlike traditional coaching relationships, On-Demand Coaching consists of single sessions scheduled by coachees, who may work with different coaches based on availability. This article explains what you need to know as a coach participating in On-Demand Coaching programs.
Getting Started
Once your administrator adds you to an On-Demand Coaching program, you'll see a new "On-Demand Coaching" tab on your dashboard. This tab displays your upcoming and canceled sessions.
⚠️ To participate, you must sync your calendar with the platform to ensure accurate availability. For more information, see Syncing Your Calendar and Updating Your Calendar Settings.
The Coaching Process
Coachees initiate all scheduling for On-Demand Coaching sessions. The platform provides them with the first three available coaches to ensure prompt support. When a coachee schedules a session, they will supply additional details, and you'll receive an email notification containing:
- The session date and time
- A custom message from the coachee about their goals or challenges
- Any additional context they've provided
Managing Your Sessions
You'll easily identify On-Demand Coaching sessions on your calendar as they appear in magenta. The process for logging completed sessions, rescheduling, or canceling follows the same workflow as traditional coaching sessions. For more information, see -
