Mentoring
Change Program type after Launch
- Admins can change the matching type of a mentoring program after launch.
- Admin can launch a program as Admin Driven, then change it to Open Enrollment. Or Admin can launch as program as Open Enrollment, then change it to Admin Driven
- When Open Enrollment program is changed to Admin Driven, all Open Enrollment features will be hidden from users in that program.

Mentoring Profiles
- Added ability for user to enter their own options in the Areas of Expertise section of the mentor profile and Areas of Growth section of the mentee profile.
- User’s can add as many custom options to these fields as they want. Custom values will be visible to other user’s when viewing the profile, but cannot be used in search filters or used by other users in their own profiles.
- Added current leadership level section to mentor profile

Mentoring Insights

Admins can view the Insights dashboards (in addition to sponsors and stakeholders).

Added Survey Results tab to the Data Exports page. Filterable, exportable table with users survey response data.

Scheduling and Session Management
- We now show all un-logged sessions, and up to three upcoming, completed and cancelled status sessions on the mentee / mentor dashboards.
- All unlogged sessions are displayed to both Mentee and Mentor above the maximum of three upcoming sessions.
- The link to view the full schedule is now more descriptive and says “View Full Schedule”

Sounding Board Guide Session Cancellation Behavior Changes
Session Cancellations*
- Sounding Board Guide coaches and coachees can now cancel a session at any time. Previously, Guide users only had the ability to cancel a session within 24 hours of a session (otherwise the session needed to be rescheduled).
- Coaches can no longer excuse sessions. All sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the session are unexcused and counted towards a user's maximum number of sessions.
- If cancelled >24 hours before, session is Excused and not deducted from max
- If cancelled <24 hours before, session is Unexcused and deducted from max
Coaches can no longer Excuse Sessions*
- Sounding Board Guide coaches will no longer have the option to excuse a session.
- All sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the session are unexcused and will be added at 1/2 rate to the coach's invoice, unless the reason selected for the cancellation is "coach did not attend".
Off Track Reminder*
- Sounding Board Guide coachees will receive an email reminder when they are "Off Track"
- Off Track = No coaching sessions in the past 18 days and no future sessions scheduled
- Users will receive a notification when they have been in "Off Track" status for 1 day, 10 days, and 20 days
Coaching Agreement Updates

Updated language in the Coaching Agreement to align with the updated cancellation policy for Sounding Board Guide customers.
Sponsor Dashboard - Session Utilization*
- Added data about session cancellations and utilization to the Sponsor and Stakeholder dashboards. Includes:
- # of Unexcused Cancellations
- Table with the # of session cancellations by program
- Drill down table to see list of coachees with cancelled sessions

Other Changes
Style Updates
- Coachee dashboards now display up to three sessions in the upcoming, completed and cancelled session tabs
- Made style updates to the resources section on a user’s homepage
- Header section when viewing a user’s profile now displays the user's email and title
Bulk User Management
- Bulk User Management tools are now placed in their own tab under the Admin > Company
- Added an optional field for admins to add an external identifier when bulk uploading users. This allows admins to add their own field to identify their users (e.g. business unit, employee ID, location)
- Added a new Bulk Users Search option for admins to upload a spreadsheet and easily identify users who have existing accounts in the SB platform so Admins can be properly prepared during the Onboarding process
