What's new in the 2.28 release:
Mentoring
Mentoring is now generally available to Sounding Board Guide and Expand customers as an add-on. If you are interested in utilizing mentoring, please reach out to us at support@soundingboardinc.com, and we will connect you with our Sales Team.
With the new Mentoring feature, Sounding Board users will be able to find mentors and establish relationships that will result in their continued professional development and career growth.
When an admin has enabled mentoring and created a mentoring program, users will see a new Mentoring tab on their dashboard where they can enroll in the mentoring program by becoming a mentor or mentee.

Admin Automated Coach Matching
Summary of coach's coachee's levels are displayed in the auto matching preview.
Suggested matches can now be changed from the Successful tab, making the process simpler and more efficient.

Coaches can Complete Engagements
When this optional feature is enabled, coaches can complete their 1:1 engagements. This will be initially be enabled for Expand (SaaS) customers, but may be enabled for Sounding Board Guide (services) in the future.

Surveys - Engagement End Trigger
New Engagement End survey trigger allows surveys to be triggered when an engagement is complete (when the status of an engagement changes to “complete”).

Coachee Tracking Definition
Sounding Board Guide (services) coaching customers have updated coachee tracking definitions.
- New “Onboarding” status
- Status applies during onboarding period: engagement start date to 29 days after start date
- Other statuses have updated definitions.
My Coachees Page - Filter by Coachee Level
Coach’s My Coachees page can now be filtered by coachee level
Chat - Search for Group Engagements
Chat search now searches for group engagement names.
Scheduling - Calendar Problem Notification
User will be notified in the application if there is a problem with their synced calendar and provided with option to reconnect it.

Admin/Coach - View Max Sessions
Admin can now view completed and max number of engagement sessions in the Session column of the Engagements table.
The coach can view the same on their My Coachees page.

Surveys Search
The main surveys page and user profile surveys tab can now be searched by recipient and survey title.
