Group Coaching Updates

Coaches can now manage group coaching session schedule:
- The primary coach can schedule new sessions, reschedule and cancel sessions in group coaching engagements.

Admin program management UX improvements:
- While creating a group engagement, admins are informed that they can now launch the engagement without scheduling sessions, and that the primary coach can schedule sessions.

- Once the engagement is launched, and no sessions are scheduled, Admins are encouraged to message the primary coach, and provided with option to do so.

Mentoring Insights
- Added a new Mentoring Requests section on the Engagement tab. This section includes two new cards:
- Open mentoring requests - Shows the total number of open mentoring requests in the open enrollment program. Open mentoring request is a request mentee has sent to mentor that mentor has not yet responded to.
- Average mentor request response time - The average time in days, across all mentors, that mentors take to respond to mentee requests for mentoring.
- Added "Being a Mentor Net Promoter Score (NPS)" on the Impact tab within the Program Satisfaction section. This card shows the average score of mentor’s response to the question about if they would recommended being a mentor to others.
Admin Ability to Edit Mentoring Profiles
- Admins can now edit mentor and mentee profiles from the user's profile page.

Coaching Survey Data Export

Updated Links in Side Navigation Pane
