On-Demand Coaching Program Management [PREMIUM]
Enables coachees to engage with a coach at the earliest available time, and provide context around their coaching needs to ensure coaches can feel equipped to best support the coachee prior to the session taking place. This helps to ensure the session can be more focused on working through the needs of the coachee and saves time during the session from needing to provide background information or details.
- Scheduling with First Available Coach [PREMIUM]
- When a coachee is in an on-demand coaching program, they can schedule an on-demand coaching session which will match and schedule a session with the first available coach. Once the coach logs the session, or if the session is cancelled, the coachee is "unmatched" to the coach and can schedule another session with the first available match. If the coachee's calendar is synced, it will take their availability into account, otherwise, it's based on the availability of the coach only. Coach and coachee can both cancel; rescheduling is not available.
