1. Navigate to https://coaching.soundingboardinc.com and log in as an Admin, Sponsor, or Stakeholder.
The Development Insights tab reveals insights from Leadership Roadmap goals, tracking goal data from both active coaching engagements and those completed within the last three months.

2. Navigate to Onboarding Insights -
- Click "Development"
3. Coaching Insights Dashboard Filtering
The coaching insights dashboard can be filtered by Module and Program
- Click "Filters"
- Select the Modules(s) and/or Program(s)
- Close the side-panel
4. Coaching Insights Dashboard Filtering
Filter selections appear as chips above the dashboard for easy reference. To remove any filters -
- Click the ✖️ (remove x) button on the chip OR
- Click "Filters" and "Reset Filters"
- Close the side-panel
Leadership Roadmap Goals
5. Average Goals Per User
This card shows the average number of goals each active coachee has created in their Leadership Roadmap, including all goal statuses (active, on-hold, and accomplished). Data is drawn from current active engagements and those completed within the last three months.
6. Managers Who Have Suggested Goals
This card shows what percentage of managers have actively participated in their direct reports' development by suggesting at least one goal. The calculation includes both current engagements and those completed within the last three months.
7. Goals Shared with Manager
This card shows the percentage of goals that coachees have chosen to share with their managers, averaged across all users. The calculation includes both active engagements and those completed within the last three months.
Note: This metric only includes coachees with assigned managers within Sounding Board.
8. Business Outcomes Associated With Goals
This card displays the percentage of coachees who have linked specific business outcomes to their Leadership Roadmap goals, providing insight into how development goals align with desired business results.
9. Leadership Capabilities Associated With Goals
This card shows the percentage of coachees who have aligned their Leadership Roadmap goals with specific leadership capabilities, measuring how development goals connect to leadership capabilities.
