What's new in this release:
Mobile Experience
- Coach and Coachee users accessing the Sounding Board application on a mobile device now have a new mobile-optimized user experience. This new experience includes:
- Viewing, managing and joining coaching sessions.
- Chat
Deactivate Users - Version 2
- When viewing the profile of a deactivated user, a visual indicator is now displayed above their email address
- Deactivated users are now hidden from user lists e.g. assign coach, assign delegate, assign manager, edit user, add coachees, add coaches
- If a coach/coachee is in an active engagement, admins will not be able to proceed with deactivating their account. The engagements will be listed, so the admin can remove the user from the engagements or complete them, if desired, to proceed with deactivating the account
- When an admin has a deactivated account, the status under Company Settings now displays as Deactivated
- If user is a delegate, only show active users as their primary users i.e. no deactivated users will be visible to the delegate user
- When deactivating active manager, a warning message will now appear which displays all currently assigned managees. Admin may still proceed with deactivation, but the manager/managee relationship will be severed at that time
- Updated warning message when trying to create an account with deactivated account email address
24 Hour Cancellation - Initiated by Coach
- The checkbox “Charge for this session on my monthly invoice” has been completely removed, and the ½ rate charge will be automatically applied when a coach marks “Coachee requested cancellation within 24 hours” or “Coachee did not attend”
- Coach should now see the option to excuse on the cancellation modal
- If coach chooses not to excuse, they will still have 2 weeks from the date of cancellation to excuse the session
Surveys Table
- Default page sort will now be:
- Sort by Submitted date - with N/A results at the top (since not submitted ones need user attention) followed by most recently submitted to least recently submitted
- The following columns can now be sorted:
- Name
- Completion date
- Creation date
- Status
- Sorting will be effective for the whole multi-page collection (not just the current page)
- Default page size is now at 25 instead of 10
- Survey name column now shows full survey title in tooltip on hover
Pause Engagement
- Ending date is now a required field when pausing an engagement
User Profile Visibility
- Defined which profile elements are visible to each type of user
- Example: Coachee can no longer see age range of manager or their professional info
Update on Cancellations
- Coach and coachee can now cancel a 1:1 session up until the session is logged
Notifications
- Updated coach match notification to include language informing coach they can decline the coaching engagement:
- “If for some reason you need to decline this coaching assignment, please reach out to the Engagement Management Team via Zendesk with more information.”
- Adjusted layout: moved call to action button below text
Coach - My Coachees Page
- Page now defaults to displaying 25 coachees (vs. previous 10)
Bulk Upload
- Users can be bulk added to the application via spreadsheet upload accessible from the Company Settings page.
- This will be enabled for specific customers

- Coach Profile - Cannot Specify "Other" Assessment/Certification without None of the Above also
