Company Sponsor can view Engagements Table
Company Sponsors can now view the Engagements table. The table is accessed from the Engagements link in the main navigation menu.
Admin/Coach can view Work Style Survey
Admins are now able to view the work style survey responses for coachee and coach users.
Coaches are now able to view the work style survey responses for their coachee during an active engagement.
Users can view the work style assessment through the General Tab on the coach/coachee’s profile
Admins can view and manage all surveys for specific engagements
Admins are now able to do the following from the Engagements table -> Surveys column
- View all the surveys that a user will receive in their engagement
- View status of each survey
- Send reminders and manually trigger surveys
Admins ability to edit information about a user
Admins can edit information shown below about a user by navigating to People -> Action -> Edit User
Coach’s ability to charge for a past session
When a session has passed, and the coach needs to cancel a session so that they can charge half the rate of their session to their month’s invoice, they now have the ability to cancel and add the charge
View coach and coachee schedule availability
Coach and coachee schedule availability from their synced calendar (if applicable) can now be viewed on a new Availability tab in their profile page.
Phone Number is no longer a required field for Managers/Stakeholders
While creating accounts , phone number is no longer a required field for managers and stakeholders
Group Coaching Improvements
Engagement Management
Moderator field is no longer required to launch the engagement.
Moderator Views
Group coaching moderators can view all the same details of group coaching engagements that coaches can.
Moderator Invoicing
Group coaching moderators can now view and submit an invoice for the first two sessions of group coaching engagements they are assigned to. Currently, the moderator will be invited to (and able to attend) all the sessions in the engagement, but they can only submit invoice for the first two sessions. In the future, admins will have the ability to choose which sessions the moderator will be invited to and can invoice for.
Session Invitations
Coachees are now invited to all group coaching sessions when the engagement launches. Previously they were invited as soon as sessions were scheduled.
Session invitation behavior:
- Before engagement launches: coach and moderator will be invited to sessions as soon as admin schedule session.
- When engagement launches: coachees will be invited to all scheduled sessions.
Admin is now notified about this behavior when they launch the engagement.
Coachee’s that are added to a group engagement after the engagement has been launched will now receive all engagement session invitations.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where which prevented some users from successfully saving survey responses
- Fixed an issue where some users couldn’t create new goals in their Leadership Roadmap.
- Group coaching: changing engagement name now correctly changes corresponding session names.
- Group coaching: when creating/editing engagement, the assign coach and moderator dialogs now clear search results correctly.
- My Coachees dashboard panel no longer returns duplicate user is when coachee is in 1:1 and group coaching.
