Release v2.21 - March 1, 2023

Updates in this release include:

Manager Alignment Conversation Logging

• Admin can enable on programs
• When enabled, coach will be prompted to log if conversation took place in session. 

Admin - Coach Rematching

• Coach rematching can now be done from the Engagements table. 

Survey Notifications

• Notification emails are now sent to the Coach when their Coachee completes a 1:1 survey

• Email reminders are now sent to survey recipient (coach, coachee, manager) up to three times (at 2 days, 7 days, and 14 days after survey was created) if they have not completed survey.

• Email notifications are now sent to coach and coachee when manager completes a survey

Leadership Roadmap

• Character limit on goals has been increased from 2500 to 10,000

Coach Onboarding

• Removed the Professional Information step for onboarding
  • This data was not relevant to coaches, only coachees

Group Coaching

• Variable session lengths for group coaching
• Identical to our current functionality for 1:1 session duration flexibility
  • Checkbox for “Session duration can be changed” when creating the engagement
    
  • Admins can adjust session length when scheduling

Invoicing

• PDF invoices are now attached to invoice emails that go to the coach and Sounding Board finance. 

Uploaded Assessments

• Coach and coachee will now receive an in-app notification when an assessment is uploaded to the coachee profile by the other user.

• The assessments panel on the coachee profile is now hidden when a user is not authorized to view them. 

Chat

• Users can now edit their own chat messages
  • Not available in mobile experience

Removed SB Program Option

• Removed the “SB Program” checkbox from program creation. 
• This functionality has been replaced with the Templates feature
