Welcome to the Coach Orientation and Quick Start Guide for the Sounding Board platform! As a coach, this guide is your essential companion for seamlessly navigating the coaching process. From onboarding to managing sessions and utilizing additional tools, we've compiled everything you need to hit the ground running.

Onboarding

Check your inbox for a welcome email to begin onboarding to the software. More information here: Onboarding to the Sounding Board Platform

Coach Set-Up

• Complete Your Coach Profile
  
  • Note: Your Coach Profile is created and entered when onboarding as a coach; you can always edit it. if no editing is needed, you do not need to go through this step. 
• Complete Your Coach Bio
  
  • Note: Coach Bios are only available if your Admin sets up programs with coachee-driven matching. If you are not part of any coachee-driven programs, you will not see a Coach Bio option.
