Updates in this release include:
Leadership Studios
The Leadership Studios group coaching service offering is now available. Leadership Studios is a small group coaching experience that is uniquely organized to create space for leaders to apply what they learned in their organization’s program to current, real-life challenges in the business and their teams.
Leadership Studios Administration
Service Type can now be specified when creating an engagement within a group coaching program. The available types are Studios or Labs.
All engagement properties are the same for both service types.
Group Coaching Service Type
The group coaching service type can now be viewed on:
- Admin Engagements table (filterable)
- Group program details page, Overview tab
- Group engagement details page
- Coach’s My Coachees page (filterable)
- All sessions views for coach, coachees
Group Coaching Engagement Profile
Group coaching engagements (both Labs and Studios types) now have an engagement profile.
- This admin-managed profile provides the coach with valuable information about the engagement.
- Coachees cannot see this profile
Coach Profile
New Professional Leadership Experience – Functions field has been added to the coach profile form to capture the functional areas coaches have professional work experience in.
Admin Coach Matching
Individual Coach Matching - Filter the coach list by:
- Functional experience
- If Match Coachee option is selected: only coaches whose functional experience matches the coachee's will be displayed.
- If other options selected: Only coaches whose profiles match at least one of the selections for will be displayed.
- Leadership industry experience
- Only coaches whose profiles match at least one of the selections for this filter will be displayed.
- Assessments and certifications
- Only coaches whose profiles match at least one of the selections for this filter will be displayed.
Automated Coach Matching – Filter automated match recommendations by:
- Leadership industry experience
- Assessments and certifications
Only coaches whose profiles match at least one of the selections for these filters will be suggested as a match.
Manager Alignment Conversations
Manager alignment conversations now appear on coach invoice. When coach logs that a MAC occurred, a new line item for the MAC add-on will be added to their invoice.
Users can now view which completed sessions a MAC occurred on, and the name of the manager.
Session Audit Log for Admins
Detailed history of session changes can now be viewed. Scheduled, rescheduled, cancelled, excused, logged, removed actions are currently logged.
Bug Fixes
- Excuse cancelled session button is now correctly hidden when the feature is disabled.
- The correct 16 Leadership Capabilities are now correctly added to new tenants.
- Group coaching program names now correctly display on the admin’s People table when coachees are not also in 1:1 programs.
- Fixed issues with scheduling sessions in the past
- Fixed performance issues with selecting users on Notes page
