Company Profile
Company Profile / Style Survey in Sponsor Onboarding
SB customer Company Sponsor users can now fill out the company profile survey (company style survey) during their user onboarding. Content they provide here will populate the company profile from. Viewing and editing this content after onboarding is described below.
View and Edit Company Profile in Application
Company Sponsors
- Can access the company profile from the Company Settings page, accessible from their user menu.
SB Administrators
- Can view and edit the company profile. They can also view and edit the admin only Sounding Board Admin Notes section. This section will be visible to admins and coaches, but not to Company Sponsor users.
- Can access company profile view/edit pages by selecting a subtenant (company) from the new My Subtenants page in the Admin section of the left sidebar main navigation menu.
Coaches
- Can open the company profile in a modal dialog by selecting a company name from the My Coachees page table.
Legacy Company Profile
Company profile data from the Legacy application has been migrated and is now available in the SB LDP.
- Known issue: — The Legacy profile fields “What one thing would make this coaching engagement successful?” and “Additional Information” are not yet visible. They will be visible in future releases and combined into a new “Additional Information” field.
Coach Invoicing
Invoice Availability
- Coaches can now submit their coaching invoice four days before the end of the month.
Charge for Canceled Sessions
- Coaches can now charge half of the regular rate if a Coachee cancels a session within 24 hours of a scheduled session.
Scheduling
Modifying Sessions Externally
- When a session’s duration is modified outside of the application, the session duration is now updated correctly in the application. Previously, only the start time was changed.
Use Coach, Coachee or Custom Video Conference URL or Phone Numbers
- Coach coachee or custom phone numbers can now be used
- Coach, coachee or custom video conference URLs can now be used
MS Teams Support Updates
If a Sounding Board company has the MS Teams feature enabled, their MS Teams video conference URL will be used for all sessions. A message is displayed informing the user of this behavior.
Surveys
Contextual Information
- Coachee name, program and engagement names are now displayed on all surveys to provide additional context when viewing surveys in the application.
- 1:1 Coaching: Coachee name and program name are displayed.
- Group Coaching: Engagement name and program name are displayed.
Engagement Launch Surveys
- When a 1:1 “SB Program” or group coaching engagement is created, the Leadership Profile and Manager’s Perspective surveys will now be auto-populated in the survey list. These will both use the new engagement “Launch” trigger by default. If the leadership profile is removed, the default system version will be sent out instead.
Other Updates
- Fixed issues with permissions so only admins were able to perform certain tasks.
- Continued ongoing security audit, and fixed some issues. Details here.
