1. Navigate to https://coaching.soundingboardinc.com and log in.
Users with multiple roles in the Sounding Board platform can access various dashboards on their Home screen. If a user only has one roll within the platform, they will not see an option to toggle as outlined here, and it will just say "My Dashboard."
2. At the top of your Home page, you'll see which dashboard you are currently looking at, for example, "My Company 🔽 Dashboard." To toggle between the options you have access to -
- Click 🔽 , the down carrot icon
3. You will notice a list of options relating to your access in the system; you may have more or less options. As an example to toggle to your admin view -
- Click "Admin"
💡 Tip: My Dashboard Options
- Admin: Any user who is an Admin in the system will have access to this. For information about how users are added as Admins, see Adding a New Admin User.
- Company: Any user with either the Sponsor or Stakeholder role will have access to this.
- Coachee: Any user with the Coachee role will have access to this.
- Coaching: Any user with the Coach role will have access to this.
- Mentoring: Any user who has the role of Mentee, Mentor, or any role and is in a company with an open enrollment program.
As a reminder, if the user only has one role, they will simply see "My Dashboard" and will not have a toggling opportunity.
