Session Cancellation Changes
When coachee cancels a session:
- Session will automatically be added to the coach invoice at half their standard session rate.
- Previously coach had to choose to add it to their invoice.
- The session will be deducted from the coachee’s remaining engagement session limit.
- Coachee will be informed about implications and recommended next steps (see image below)
Rescheduling
- Coachee will no longer be able to reschedule when cancellation becomes available (24 hours to start time)
Coach is notified about coachee-cancelled sessions
Coach can now “Excuse” a coachee-cancelled session
- When coach excuses a canceled session:
- It will not be deducted from the engagement session limit
- It will still be added to coach’s invoice
- Coach has two weeks from cancellation to excuse the session
Coach Analytics
- New option in left side bar for “Analytics” for coaches only
- Displays Domo Dashboard views in iFrame
Sponsor and Stakeholder Dashboard
- Show Progress Management and Group Coaching Domo dashboards for Sponsor user.
- UI update to match Domo iFrame width to other dashboard components
Configurable Homepage Resources
- Custom “Coaching Resources” can now be displayed for each company
- If custom resources are specified, default resources will still be displayed, but will come after the custom resources
- Admins can request custom resources by submitting a request to SB engineering team
Admin - Pause Engagement
- When admin pauses an engagement, future sessions will be automatically cancelled.
Admin - Pause Engagement
- Pause end date cannot be set past the engagement end date
- Notifications will not be sent during a paused engagement
Coach - Completed Engagements
- Coach can no longer view coachee profile after engagement is complete.
- 24 hours after 1:1 or group engagement is marked complete, coach will not be able to click on the coachee’s name to view their profile
- Coach will still be able to click on the Sessions column to see list of completed sessions
Admin - Program Management
- Program edit pages now have breadcrumbs navigation.
Templates - Preview
- Ability to preview a template
- Note: the template feature is still hidden
Mobile UX
- Coachee - view upcoming sessions
- View schedule on schedule page
- Note: mobile functionality is still in progress and will be hidden for this release.
SSO Registration
- Initial implementation of SSO user self-registration
- Admin select the Self-Registration Default Program under Company Settings in order for users to automatically be assigned to the program upon account creation
- Note: this will initially be turned on for one software-only customer.
Admin - Edit Coach Information
- Admins now have the ability to edit coach’s General Information on the coach profile page.
Bug Fixes
- Unable to save notes
- People Table - Onboarding Status Complete Filter Showing Coachees who have Not Completed Onboarding
- Coachee cannot schedule engagement close to end date
- Allow coachees to view all manager surveys (hotfix release)
Known Issues
- Admin coach assignment:
- Sponsor/Coachee users cannot be assigned a coach from the People table in some circumstances. When this occurs, coach must be assigned from Edit Program workflow.
- This issue will be fixed in the 3.13 release.
