Please ensure that your most recent surveys are already completed and submitted. If not, please complete any outstanding surveys and let us know in that survey that you are looking to be matched with a new coachee. If you are up to date with your surveys and have decided you would like a new coach, please submit a Zendesk ticket and indicate that you would like to be rematched to a new coach.
In the Zendesk ticket, please let us know what was not working for you in your coaching engagement and what you are looking for in your next coach. With that information, we will be able to match you with a new coach and will be in touch with you with the next steps.
