Surveys
Engagement Launch Trigger
Surveys can now be triggered when an engagement is launched.
When this trigger type is set:
- For 1:1 program engagements: survey will be sent when coach matching is completed.
- For group engagements: survey will be sent when Admin launches the engagement (clicks Launch button).
To set a survey to trigger on launch, select -1 from the Trigger field.
Leadership Capabilities
When Leadership Capabilities on a Program are customized, the custom collection of Capabilities will now be correctly shown throughout the application.
Group Coaching
Work Style Assessment
An aggregate view of group coaching engagement’s coach and coachees responses to the work style assessment survey can now be viewed.
To view this survey’s results, open the new Survey’s tab on a group coaching engagement, and select View.
Delegate Users
Administrators can add users as a new role type of delegate. The complete delegate feature functionality is not available with this release. In future releases, these users can be assigned to other users and will be able to schedule on behalf of other users.
To add a delegate user, select Delegate from the Role menu in the Add User dialog.
When added, the delegate user will receive the welcome email and will be able to onboard with the standard coachee onboarding workflow.
Notes Enhancements
Coach and Coachee can create and share notes during coaching sessions. Notes are accessible from the Coachee’s Profile view or from the side menu bar.
Admin Session Management
Admins now have the ability to be able to create/update/remove sessions for users.
Bug Fixes
- Group coaching: Only admins now see max number of sessions error message.
- Stakeholder users no longer have access to Sponsor user dashboard.
- Invoice table shows correct company name.
- Fixed surveys for coachees added after group engagement launch.
