Manager alignment conversations can serve as a more direct way to engage an employee’s manager in the coaching process to gain greater alignment around coaching goals and progress and enhance the coaching engagement.

- When a program has manager alignment tracking enabled, coaches will be prompted to indicate whether a manager alignment conversation took place during the session. Relevant users can view which completed sessions a MAC occurred on, and the name of the manager.
