Sponsor and Admin Reporting Insights
All sponsor, stakeholder, admin users now have the new enhanced reporting insights experience. These insight updates were previously released to Sounding Board Expand customers, and are now available to all customers. The new Insights dashboards replace the previous reporting and analytics dashboards.
The new insights experience provides real-time access to data and insights to track coaching onboarding, delivery, and impact. This visibility helps sponsors, stakeholders and admins actively support leaders, maximizing their coaching experience, and helps demonstrate the value of leader development.
The new insights experience is divided across four dashboard tabs, described below.

Onboarding Tab
The Onboarding tab provides an overview of onboarding progress as users create their platform accounts and initiate coaching. These insights provide real-time access to data and insights to track coaching onboarding, delivery, and impact.

Engagement Tab
The Engagement tab provides an overview of user engagement with the Sounding Board platform, coachee session utilization, and initial coaching program satisfaction ratings.
This tab provides real-time insights into program health, and session utilization rates for coaching. This tab also includes insights from the Compass Check survey, showing Coach Match Satisfaction and Initial Engagement Satisfaction, providing insights about early impressions.

Development Tab
The Development tab provides an overview of coachee Leadership Roadmap goal progress, and goal collaboration between leaders and their managers across coaching programs.

Impact Tab
The impact tab provides an overview of coachee evaluations of their experience, and the impact on their leadership development. Insights on this tab provide real-time visibility into the impact of leadership development occurring within the organization

Coach Insights
Coach users also have a new reporting insights experience. The new Insights dashboard experience replaces the former Coach Analytics dashboard.
The new insights are visible on the Coach Insights (formerly Analytics) page. The insights are divided across three tabs (Engagement, Development and Impact). Coach insights are similar to admin and sponsor insights described above, but only include the insights most relevant to coach users for understanding and managing their engagements.
Report Generator > Survey Repot (Beta)
The new Report Generator feature (currently in Beta phase) lets admin users build their own report, view results in the platform and export. Currently, the only report available to generate is the Survey Report.
The Report Generator can be accessed from the Admin menu, on the Data Export page. On the Report Generator tab, the type of desired report can selected (currently only Survey Report)
For a survey report, a specific survey must be selected, and additional report criteria can optionally be applied.
The report criteria can be further refined by program details:
Finally, the desired columns to display in the report table can be specified (all available columns are selected by default.
Selecting Generate Report will generate the report to be displayed on the page in a table view.
Each column of the table can be filtered.
The report can be downloaded with the Download Report button and all fields can be reset with the Reset button
