Default Coaching and Mentoring Measurement Tools [BASE]

Allows companies to collect data and measure the developmental progress and organizational impact through coaching or mentoring programs. By utilizing Sounding Board’s default measurement tools, data is collected not only from the individuals themselves but also from managers and coaches/mentors to get a more holistic view of the individual’s leadership development.

Organizations can collect 180-degree feedback from individuals and their managers through Sounding Board’s default surveys and the Leadership Roadmap.

When utilizing Sounding Board's default surveys, users and managers will be asked to rate the individual on their Leadership Capabilities at various checkpoints of the engagement. The ratings can be used to measure the development and progress the user is making through their Leadership Development engagement. Additionally, when creating goals in the Leadership Roadmap, users will select which leadership capabilities they will expand through the goal, as well as select the business and personal outcomes they'd like to achieve or have an impact on as a result of the goal. When accomplishing a goal, users can assess business and personal outcomes. 

Company Sponsor Dashboard [BASE] [PREMIUM]

For customers that manage the leadership development experiences of other companies and are utilizing the subtenant feature, or for customers where Sounding Board is delivering the coaching, this allows company sponsors to share information about their company's background, organizational structure, and culture so that admins and coaches can effectively support that company's leaders and leadership development program(s).

The Company Sponsor Dashboard also allows company sponsors to view engagements across all programs or sort by various program types or participants to stay up to date on where users are in their engagements.

  • Company sponsors can fill out a company style survey to give admins context about the organization's style and culture.

• Sponsor view of programs and engagements [BASE]
  
  • Company sponsors can view a list of all the 1:1 Coaching, Group Coaching, and/or Mentoring programs and engagements for their company. Company sponsors also have access to reporting on their dashboard to track the progress of engagements for their company.

Company Stakeholder Dashboard [BASE]

Allows company stakeholders to view engagements across all programs or sort by various program types or participants to stay up to date on where users are in their engagements.

  • Stakeholders can view a list of the coaching engagements that they are assigned/linked to. Stakeholders have access to reporting on their dashboard to track the progress of engagements that they are assigned/linked to.

Data Export [BASE] [PREMIUM]

Allows admins to export data so they can stay on top of their users and engagements, as well as allow them to explore and analyze the data according to their preferences.

Admins can download a spreadsheet select data according to their relevant modules. Sounding Board can work with customers, if there is additional data that would like to be exported.

• Mentoring Data [BASE]
  • Admins can download a spreadsheet of mentor and mentee profile data, mentoring requests data, mentoring program launch data, mentoring session data, and survey data.

Coach Analytics [PREMIUM]

Allows coaches to track their coaching hours for credentialing, as well as insights and impact across their entire portfolio of coaching engagements managed through the software. These insights can help support their development as a coach.

Coaches have a series of dashboards that provide their overall coaching portfolio, insights into their 1:1 coaching engagements and impact, and insights into their group coaching engagements and impact.

Public API for Data Visualization Integrations [PREMIUM]

Allows customers to analyze and visualize their Sounding Board user, engagement, survey, and/or program data utilizing their existing reporting and visualization tools. Customers have the freedom to analyze the data according to their unique needs.

Customers can have access to Sounding Board's Public API to allow them to import and integrate their Sounding Board data into external data and reporting visualization tools.
