Release v2.22 - March 22, 2023

Updates in this release include:

On Demand Coaching (this will be enabled for specific customers)

• New program type when creating a new program
  • Coach matching steppers removed; “matching” will take place when coachee schedules each session

• New tab on Programs page for On Demand Coaching

• New tab on coaching dashboard for any user in the tenant when the add-on is enabled

• Ability to schedule a session when added to an ODC program as a coachee
  • Any availability within 12 hours of scheduling is ignored
  • Coach capacity is ignored
• Coachee can add a custom message to prepare the coach for the session
• The first available session and coach is automatically chosen for the coachee
• Only the coachee can schedule; coach cannot

• Program name and calendar header colored magenta

• Calendar view shows session colored magenta

• Notification email sent to coach and coachee that a new session has been scheduled for On Demand Coaching
• Coach and coachee can cancel; reschedule not available
• Coach can log session after completed
• Chat is not enabled for ODC engagements
• Program details page is not built for MVP

Adjust Session Length to 50 Minutes for SB - RFE

• Will be turned on April 1, 2023
• SB will no longer be using this custom code for session lengths
  • Coachee Level 1: First session is 60 mins, all others are 45 mins
  • Coachee Level 2 or 3:, all sessions are 60 mins
• Any engagements created on April 1st and beyond will use the program setting, “Session Duration”

Work Style Assessment

• Coach can now edit their work-style assessment answers from their profile page.  

Bugs

• Group sessions counting against 1:1 coaching capacity
• Sponsor engagement visibility issues - not correctly checking if user is sponsor
• Coachee search within coach matching not working
• Reschedule feature not working properly for EY
