1. Navigate to https://coaching.soundingboardinc.com and log in.
Your Primary Calendar is the only one where sessions scheduled through the platform are automatically added. Additional linked calendars will show when you're unavailable for sessions but won't display sessions scheduled through the platform.
Therefore, we recommend using your work calendar, or the calendar you primarily use to manage your schedule, as your Primary Calendar.

🚨 Alert: Important Information About Changing Your Primary Calendar
When you update your primary calendar, please be aware of the following:

Existing Sessions on Original Calendar:
- Sessions already scheduled and synced to the original calendar will stay there.
- Do not cancel or remove these sessions from your original calendar, as this will impact your in-app session records.

New Primary Calendar:
- Sessions already scheduled and synced to the original calendar will not automatically appear on the new primary calendar. You'll need to manually add these sessions to your new primary calendar.

If you reschedule these sessions within the app, they will be updated to the new primary calendar, but the original session date/time will still show on the original calendar.
- Note: This means you will see two sessions, the old, outdated session on your original calendar and the new rescheduled session on your new primary calendar.
- Do not cancel or remove these sessions from your original calendar, as this will impact your in-app session records.

New Sessions:
- Any new sessions you schedule will appear on the new primary calendar.
2. Navigate to your Account Settings
In the upper right-hand corner, click Your Name, and then
- Click "Account Settings"
- Navigate to the "Calendar" tab
3. Update Primary Calendar
Click the drop-down for Primary Calendar, which will show all of the available synced calendars -
- Select the New Primary Calendar
