This guide provides an overview of the Sounding Board Dashboard and its various features. It explains how to navigate the dashboard, access the knowledge base and resource center, search for articles, contact the support team, update account settings, view profile details, and check availability for sessions. This guide is useful for anyone using the Sounding Board platform and wants to maximize their experience and utilize all the available features.

1. Navigate to https://coaching.soundingboardinc.com and log in.
💡 Tip: If you have not already onboarded into the Sounding Board platform, please start with Onboarding to the Sounding Board Platform. Once that is completed, you will be directed to your Dashboard.
2. Navigation Pane
When you first log in, you will see your main Dashboard.
On the left-hand side, you'll find the Navigation Pane. While yours may differ slightly, it may include some or all of the following options, which we'll discuss in detail later -
- Home
- Leadership Roadmap
- Chat
- My Surveys
- Notes
- Program
- Engagements
- My Resources
- Resource Library
- Analytics
- Admin
3. Need Help?
If at any time you would like to access our knowledgebase, you can click on -
- Explore Our Resources - Will open another tab leading you to https://soundingboardinc.zendesk.com/hc/en-us.
- Share Your Feedback - Will open up a prompt to provide us with feedback about your experience.
4. Resource Center
Alternatively, you can access our Resource Center at any time by clicking the question mark in the lower left-hand corner of the application. While yours may differ slightly, it may include some or all of the following options -
- Guide List Module, which will show you specific product walkthroughs for step-by-step processes within the application.
- Help Center, which will help you search articles, and contact the Sounding Board Team if needed (more details next!).
5. Help Center
If you go into the Help Center, you will have the ability to search for keyword(s) or statements, where best-fit articles will be displayed for you to review.
If you are unable to find the answer you are looking for, you can click the "Contact us" button, and create a ticket with our Sounding Board Team.
6. Notifications
You will see a few options in the upper right-hand corner, including the notifications bell and the chat bubble to its left.
If you have any unread notifications, you will see the badge as shown here, and you can tap to see more details.
Note: Notification badges will appear here if they arrive while you're not actively using the platform.
If you're actively using the platform (for instance, working within the application or logged in on a different browser tab), you'll receive a brief pop-up message (called a "toast") within the application to alert you about important updates. If you receive this toast notification, even if you're on another tab, you won't see the notification badge.
7. Account Settings
To see and update your Account Settings, including your Profile and Calendar settings, click on your image or name in the upper right-hand corner.
- Then click "Account Settings"

Under the "GENERAL" tab, make any changes necessary to your Profile, then click "SAVE CHANGES."

To review your calendar setup, navigate to the "CALENDAR" tab.
Here, you will see your current calendar settings and have the opportunity to update them if desired.

10. View Profile
To view your Profile, click on your image or name in the upper right-hand corner.
- Then click, "View Profile."

On the "GENERAL" tab, you will see your high-level profile details. Click "SURVEYS" tab to see any surveys you have access to.

If you have a calendar synced, you can see what availability will be offered when syncing sessions. Based on your working hours and synced calendars, you will see blue blocks when you are free, and a session could be booked. You can navigate through the weeks at the bottom of the calendar to look further out. To see your current availability,
- Click the "AVAILABILITY" tab
- You can navigate through the weeks, as needed, at the bottom right of the calendar.
🚨 Alert: If you have the Role of Sponsor, click on your image or name in the upper right-hand corner, and you will see a "Company Settings" option. This is a place to outline useful information about your company.
13. Home
To get back to your main dashboard anytime, navigate to "Home" from the navigation pane.
