1. Navigate to https://coaching.soundingboardinc.com and log in as a coach.

🚨 Alert: Cancellation Additional Features
Admins can choose to enable a stricter cancellation policy if they so desire. If these features are enabled, the engagement user experience is -

Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the session date/time (late cancellation) will be forfeited and deducted from the total session count.
- Exception: if the coach needs to cancel the session within 24 hours, the coachee will be able to utilize the cancelled session before the end of their engagement (based on the session cancellation reason).
- Sessions cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of the session date/time, and will need to be cancelled.
Note: If the stricter cancellation policy is not in place, sessions can be cancelled and rescheduled at any time.
2. Cancellation Notifications
When sessions are cancelled by coachees, coaches will receive an email notification alerting them, and they will also see a notification in-app.

- Click "View" for more information
3. Cancellation Information
Coaches will see the Reason for the cancellation and further details about the cancellation. To see further information about this coachee's cancelled session -
- Click "VIEW CANCELLED SESSIONS"
4. Cancelled Sessions
To see all the coachee's cancelled sessions -
- Navigate to the "Cancelled" tab
🚨 Alert: Invoicing
Coaches who utilize Sounding Board for invoicing will automatically be paid at half rate on their invoice when a coachee has a late cancellation (within 24 hours of the session time). No action is required for this to appear on the invoice.
