Slack Integration (Chat Feature) [OPTIONAL]
Allows users to use their existing communication tool to receive notifications about communication in their engagements, creating a seamless flow of communication as the user is receiving notifications in the communication channel that they frequently use.
Users can be notified in Slack when they receive a chat message through Sounding Board's software with a link to view the message. Users cannot send or read messages via the Slack integration.
* Available as an optional add-on to a customer's contract for any module that utilizes chat.
** Companies will need to install the Slack app into their company workspace. Once the app is installed into the workspace, the Sounding Board team will connect the customer's Slack workspace to the appropriate company in the Sounding Board platform. Then, users can opt in to link their Slack account.
MS Teams Integration (Session Type Feature) [OPTIONAL]
For customers that use MS Teams, this allows for sessions to take place via the user’s preferred video conferencing tool, allowing users to continue using the video conferencing tool that they are most familiar with.
Users can link their MS Teams account, populating a link when scheduling video conferencing. If a delegate schedules for a coach/coachee that uses Teams, the session will be scheduled with their primary user's Teams link.

Cronofy Integration (Calendar Sync Feature) [BASE]
Allows the Sounding Board software to access a user's calendar to accurately display times the user is available for a session, as well as add or make changes to scheduled sessions. Helps reduce the manual and time consuming effort of coordinating between each user’s availability when trying to schedule by ensuring that sessions are scheduled according to each user’s availability.
Cronofy integration allows users to sync their Google, Apple, Office 365 and/or MS enterprise calendars in the Sounding Board software.
Workday Integration [BASE*]
For customers that use Workday, admins can seamlessly update their users' Sounding Board data to ensure that it is in sync with the data within their Workday system.
Select Sounding Board user data can be updated when an admin fetches the user information from Workday using the integration.
Single Sign-On (SSO) [BASE*]
Customers can use their preferred single sign-on (SSO) method to have users log into the Sounding Board platform to ensure their login method meets their company’s compliance and security requirements.

Google [BASE*]
- If applicable, Google SSO can be enabled for a tenant or subtenant to allow users to login via Google SSO.
* Customer must inform SB if they would like to use Google SSO and the Sounding Board team can configure Google SSO for the customer.

Okta [BASE*]
- If applicable, Okta can be enabled for a tenant or subtenant to allow users to login via Okta.

SAML [BASE*]
- If applicable, other types of SAML authentication (such as Microsoft Azure) can be enabled for a tenant or subtenant to allow users to login via SAML.
* Customer must provide SAML info to SB and the Sounding Board team can configure SAML for the customer. Timing of configuration may vary depending on the provider and how much research/testing is needed by the dev team.

Self-Registration [PREMIUM]
Allows an individual within a company to self-register for an account in the Sounding Board platform. When signing into the platform using the customer's selected SSO method, an account will be created for the user, if they do not already have one created. When self-registration is used, users will be placed into a default program automatically that has been pre-selected by the admin.

Public API for Data Visualization Integrations [PREMIUM]
Allows customers to analyze and visualize their Sounding Board user, engagement, survey, and/or program data utilizing their existing reporting and visualization tools. Customers have the freedom to analyze the data according to their unique needs.
Customers can have access to Sounding Board's Public API to allow them to import and integrate their Sounding Board data into external data and reporting visualization tools.
