This article explains the role-based welcome emails sent by Sounding Board, including what triggers them, what each email contains, and what to do when you receive one.
WHY YOU RECEIVED THIS EMAIL
When you are assigned a role in Sounding Board for the first time — either by an administrator or through program enrollment — the platform automatically sends you a welcome email for that role. This email is sent only once per role.
If you hold multiple roles, you may receive more than one welcome email over time, each corresponding to a new role as it is assigned.
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE EMAIL
1. Open the email from client@soundingboardinc.com.
2. Click Get Started Now.
- If you have not yet completed onboarding, you will be taken to your onboarding flow.
- If onboarding is already complete, you will be taken to your homepage.
3. Follow the onboarding steps for your role.
Tip: Each welcome email includes a link to the orientation guide for your role. Open it in a separate tab — it covers everything you need to do in the first days on the platform.

If you still cannot find the email:
1. Log in directly at https://coaching.soundingboardinc.com
2. Complete onboarding from your homepage.
3. If you are unable to log in or complete onboarding, contact your program administrator or submit a support ticket at https://soundingboardinc.zendesk.com
