This release includes the following updates:
Leadership Roadmap
The leadership roadmap has been updated as follows:
Mindsets (Ways of Thinking) and Behaviors (Ways of Behaving) information on new goals.
Usability improvements and visual refresh.
New Business Outcome options.
1. Mindsets and Behaviors
Mindsets (Ways of Thinking) and Behaviors (Ways of Behaving) can now be entered on new goals.
Why this matters
After BTS acquired Sounding Board, we identified a critical gap in data consistency across our platforms. While BTS applications Momenta and Coach OS have long collected structured MBIR data for leadership development, Sounding Board was not yet able to do so. This update ensures a unified mindset research methodology across all BTS platforms, enabling comprehensive insights and maintaining our established research standards.
Adding Mindsets and Behaviors to goals:
Helps coachees clarify not only what they want to achieve but also how to think and act differently to reach those results. Goals become dynamic development plans that track both aspirations and transformation strategies.
Transforms goal-setting from simple task creation into a thoughtful development planning process, facilitating focused coaching conversations and clearer progress measurement for participants and their coaches.
Entering mindsets and behaviors on leadership roadmap goals
User creating or suggest a goal can now enter mindset (Ways of Thinking) and behavior (Ways of Behavior) information on newly created goals during the initial step of goal creation or at any time when editing the goal. These fields are optional.
The new fields:
-
Ways of Thinking Section: Optional side-by-side Current/Future text areas for capturing mindset transformation data.
Current Mindsets: Beliefs and assumptions currently shaping the coachee's leadership development.
Future Mindsets: New thinking patterns that could help the coachee reach their goals.
-
Ways of Behaving Section: Optional side-by-side Current/Future text areas for documenting behavioral change plans.
Current Behaviors: Actions the coachee is taking (or avoiding) in their leadership development today.
Future Behaviors: Specific actions that will help the coachee move toward their objectives.

Viewing mindset and behavior information
Mindset and behavior information entered during goal creation in the main goal view and the side sheet goal detail view.
Main goal view
Mindset (Ways of Thinking) and Behavior (Ways of Behaving) goal data appear in cards below the goal title.
Side sheet goals details view
Mindset (Ways of Thinking) and Behavior (Ways of Behaving) are shown at the top of the side sheet in the Overview card.
2. Usability Improvements and Visual Refresh Updates
The following updates were made throughout the Leadership Roadmap user interface.
Goals list in left column has header: “Goals”
All “Active” status indicators are now green instead of blue.
The goal details side sheet is now opened from a Goal Details button vs. an info icon.
Pausing and re-activating a goal is now done from one play/pause icon. The icon changes to play or pause based on goal state. Previously, both icons were displayed side by side.
The edit pencil icon is now visible only when hovering over a card, vs always visible.
-
Goals details sides sheet updates:
New “Overview” section with goal titles and the new Ways of Thinking and Ways of Behaving (on new v2 goals) or the goal description (old v1 goals).
When opened, the rest of the screen now has a shaded overlay.
-
Sections are now in separate cards with borders for better readability.
Insights
The Impact tab's Program Satisfaction section, which contains two NPS cards, will be removed.
Reason for this change: This section duplicates improved visualizations and an additional NPS card found on the Overview tab.
