Two new business outcome options are now available in the Leadership Roadmap, within the Goal stepper:

Improve Organizational Collaboration
These additions bring the total list of business outcomes to 14 options, providing users with more precise ways to articulate organizational impact.
Why This Matters
This expansion serves two strategic purposes:
Cross-Platform Research Integrity: Aligns Sounding Board's business outcomes with the MBIR (Mindset, Behavior, Impact, Result) methodology used in Momenta, enabling consistent measurement and more robust research data across BTS learning platforms.
User-Validated Need: Gap analysis research with Lauren’s team identified these two outcomes as essential additions for comprehensively capturing the breadth of leadership development impact.

Coach Match Email
The Coach Match email that coachees receive when they have been matched with a coach has been updated.
Highlights:
CTA updated to “View Coach Profile” (links to coach’s General tab).
Refreshed email copy introducing the coach, program, and engagement details.
Adds coach avatar and Headline (from Profile tab).
Closing section with next steps for coachees.
These updates improve clarity, consistency, and engagement across all coach match communications.
We have also unified the email across all tenants (SB Guide & Expand) for consistency.
API
API has been updated to include:
Coach and coachee External ID (Additional Identifier) field.
Coachee level.
These updates support the integration with the contractor portal.
